Premier Restaurant Management, Inc. is seeking locations for it’s Majors Sports Café’s and it’s Stella’s Fish Café’s concepts throughout the United States.  Our locations are company owned and operated.  We enjoy establishing and maintaining relationships with developers, real estate brokers and building owners. We either purchase or lease our locations.

We select quality restaurant sites in both suburban and city areas.

Site Requirements

  • Free standing pads or End Cap of Shopping Center with outside access.
  • Existing restaurants (remodels or failed locations are OK, sometimes even preferred!) or ground-up build-to-suit.
  • Pad or existing restaurant shall be or accommodate a building size of 6,500 to 10,000 square feet with the ideal size 7,500 Square feet.

Trade Area

  • Population of 40,000 or more in a three mile radius.
  • Minimum average household income of $45,000 in a three mile radius.
  • Significant daytime population.

Activity Generators

  • Major shopping center with high visibility and easy access.
  • Strong balance of residential and business.
  • Average daily traffic of at least 25,000 cars per day.
