Our locations are company owned and operated. We enjoy establishing and maintaining relationships with developers, real estate brokers and building owners. We either purchase or lease our locations.

Site Requirements
- Free standing pads or End Cap of Shopping Center with outside access.
- Existing restaurants (remodels or failed locations are OK, sometimes even preferred!) or ground-up build-to-suit.
- Pad or existing restaurant shall be or accommodate a building size of 6,500 to 10,000 square feet with the ideal size 7,500 Square feet.
Trade Area
- Population of 40,000 or more with in a three mile radius.
- Minimum average household income of $45,000 with in a three mile radius.
- Significant daytime population.
Activity Generators
- Major shopping center with high visibility and easy access.
- Strong balance of residential and business.
- Average daily traffic of at least 25,000 cars per day.
